Interpreter Related Injury: Self-Care
Did you know the number one cause of IRI (Interpreter Related Injury) is not physical? Do you experience physical symptoms as a result of the work you lovingly and willingly provide?
Would you like to learn more about IRI and how to mitigate the symptoms and show yourself how much you mean to you? Your mind and body will thank you for it.
This workshop will define and describe interpreter related injuries (IRI), common causes and symptoms and introduce methods to reduce injury and help heal injuries participants may already experience. Come ready to learn and practice different ways to take care of you so you can continue to serve.
I take a holistic approach to healing and growth. This workshop will address IRI from this perspective, including as much of our energy fields as possible.
Seating is limited.
